The TomTom is the best of the satellite navigation systems out there, with features including speed cameras, jukebox, bluetooth, as well as, of course, fantastic navigation!  You can now get into the satnav party, without having to spend even 10 pence!  When you sign up to the site, you will have to complete an offer - but guess what? There are loads of free offers to choose from!  There's nothing to lose!

In this year's review of products, the TomTom ONE came in at #28 on PC World's list. They wrote, "With high-quality maps, clear driving directions, and a slim LCD screen, the TomTom One is the in-car GPS unit lots of people were waiting for."

In his brief review of the new TomTom ONE, Roy Furchgott highlights ONE's simple design and low price, "lower than the discounted prices of most comparable [GPS] receivers." He also notes ONE's Bluetooth capabilities, traffic and weather alerts, and buddy finder.

PC World - TomTom ONE makes GPS Easy, Portable, and Affordable
Dennis O'Reilly reviewed the new TomTom ONE and wrote that, "The TomTom One is the portable GPS unit that a lot of people (myself included) have been waiting for." He praises ONE's extremely accurate maps, clear driving instructions, and straightforward interface.
He adds, "If you've been postponing a GPS purchase until the devices became portable enough, accurate enough, easy enough, customizable enough, and -- most important -- cheap enough, the arrival of the TomTom ONE may be the end of your wait."

How do you make a space between words on a TomTom?

I received a TomTom for Christmas. How do I type in a "space" between words when I'm programming in a destination? I end up having to run the words in the address all together and most of the time, the TomTom doesn't recognize the address and the screen will inevitably read, "No Destination Found". Can anyone help me out with this? There must be some symbol on it that indicates a "space" I don't know which one is it! If I press a wrong one, I end up having to start from scratch again. I read the booklet that came with it but can't find this information anywhere! Thank you!
Does anyone know what the symbol IS for a space on the keyboard?????

When you go to type in the destination address, as I recall, you get a key board graphic on the screen and one of the keys on that graphic is a space bar...

>Does anyone know what the symbol IS for a space on the keyboard<

LOL!! There is no symbol on the keyboard for the space key. It is exactly the same as a typewriter, which has no symbol on it!!

Take a look at the very bottom of the screen when the keyboard is displayed. You have a Back key on the bottom right and a left facing arrow (backspace) on the bottom left of the keyboard.

Do you know what that long thing between those two keys is called?

It is a SPACE key!
